The 9th Annual Puerto Vallarta Chili Cook-Off will be held on March 20, 2021. For the
past four years the Cook-Off has been hosted by The Jay Sadler Project (JSP), a Jalisco
based non-profit providing necessary resources to improve various institutions in the
Banderas Bay area including building maintenance, repairs & installing playgrounds. The
Chili Cook-Off is the main fund-raising activity with all the funds going to continuing the
work done by the JSP.
The Cook-Off brings together over 20 of Puerto Vallarta’s finest restaurants and bars to
sample—and be judged on—their best chili recipes. In addition to all the great Chili,
there will be several drink stations (2 Beer Gardens, wine, soft drinks, Agua Fresca, mixed drinks, craft beers, a Martini Bar, and a Bloody Mary Bar) and food stations: something for everyone.
Add in a variety of vendors (arts and crafts, community service organizations, etc.), a full
schedule of entertainment from the main stage, interesting and educational sponsor
exhibits and you have a full day of family fun.
We hope to see you next March.
