Premium Reserved Seating

In this room, you’ll find the Main Stage, the chili tasting, Murphy’s Draft Beer Bar, The Americana Sports Bar Cocktail Lounge,  Ofelia’s Wine Bar, Nacho Daddy’s Margarita Stop, Murphy’s Canned Beer Tavern, restrooms (M/F), and reserved seating for more than 400. Excellent seats are still available. Go to the “Tickets” page on the menu. Chili spots are also available. See the “Chefs” page on the menu above. 

Swimming Pool & Poseidon Bar

You’ll find excellent reserved seating in a slightly quieter environment around the Swimming Pool and at the Poseidon Bar. 100% of the proceeds from the Poseidon Bar will be donated to Toys for Tots Puerto Vallarta. So even if you’re not sitting in the area come on by and visit with our friendly, free-pouring bartenders and support the less-fortunate children of the Bay Of Banderas area. We’ll have lots of specials at the bar and you’re invited to cool off in the pool or play some Cornhole at our tables. Exclusive drink and food items are to be announced. Subscribe to the Chili Digest (see menu) to keep up-to-date. Once again, seats in this area may be reserved on our online ticketing platform.

Silent Auction, Food Court, and General Admission

You’ll have lots to do see and eat in this area. The Silent Auction is always a highlight with fantastic contributions from our sponsoring partners. If all that chili doesn’t fill you up, tacos, pizza, and ice cream might do it. You’ll also find the Official Chili Cook-Off souvenir t-shirts and aprons in this area. All this activity surrounds the General Admission seating area. These seats are under a canopy but are only available on a first-come-first-served basis.

The remaining reserved and general admission seats will be available at the gate on Chili Day, but we advise that you reserve early online.
